Professional Experience
Clinical Leadership & Advanced Practice
With nearly 15 years in healthcare, I have provided care in outpatient and inpatient psychiatric settings, emergency psychiatric services, case management, utilization review, and multidisciplinary team leadership. This diverse clinical background allows me to provide thoughtful, evidence-based care for adolescents and adults across a wide range of mental health needs.
Areas of Specialized Expertise
I have experience treating anxiety disorders, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and other psychiatric conditions. I also have expertise in psychiatric assessment, medication management, crisis intervention, behavioral health care coordination, and treatment planning. My goal is to develop individualized treatment plans that support each patient's long-term mental health and overall well-being.
Community & Academic Contributions
In addition to clinical practice, I have served as an educator and mentor, providing crisis prevention and de-escalation training and community education focused on stress management and mental wellness. I am passionate about promoting mental health awareness and helping reduce the stigma surrounding mental illness.
Approach to Care
I believe every patient deserves compassionate, respectful, and personalized care. I strive to create a welcoming, judgment-free environment where patients feel heard and supported throughout their mental health journey. By partnering with each individual and using a holistic, evidence-based approach, I strive to empower patients to build resilience, improve emotional wellness, and achieve meaningful, lasting change.
