1. Professional Services

Our practice provides outpatient psychiatric evaluations and medication management. These services are provided by licensed medical professionals specialized in mental health. We aim to offer the highest standard of evidence-based clinical care.

Appointment Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a late fee.
  • Initial evaluations typically last 60 minutes.
  • Follow-up appointments are scheduled for 30 minutes.
  • Patients are required to complete intake paperwork prior to their initial appointment. 
  • If you arrive 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.

2. Patient Responsibilities

Effective psychiatric treatment requires a collaborative effort. Patients are expected to provide accurate medical histories, follow the agreed-upon treatment plan, and communicate any side effects or concerns promptly to their provider.

Billing and Insurance

  • Co-pays and deductibles are due at the time of service.
  • Patients are responsible for understanding their insurance coverage.
  • We accept major insurance plans and offer self-pay options.
  • Unpaid balances may result in the suspension of non-emergency clinical services.
