Appointment Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a late fee.
- Initial evaluations typically last 60 minutes.
- Follow-up appointments are scheduled for 30 minutes.
- Patients are required to complete intake paperwork prior to their initial appointment.
- If you arrive 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
2. Patient Responsibilities
