Provider & Practice Owner
Ivy de Leon, PMHNP-BC, FNP-C
Ivy de Leon is a compassionate and experienced board-certified psychiatric and family nurse practitioner dedicated to helping individuals achieve optimal mental well-being. As the owner and lead provider at Mind Fit Behavioral Health, Ivy brings a wealth of knowledge, specializing in providing psychiatric care to children and adults. With over 20 years of experience providing patient care, Ivy takes a holistic and personalized approach, working closely with patients and parents to develop tailored treatment plans that prioritize their unique needs.

Provider
Daniel Smith, PMHNP-BC
Daniel is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with experience in inpatient psychiatry, child and adolescent psychiatry, and emergency medicine. He completed his advanced practice training at East Tennessee State University.
Grounded in evidence-based care, Daniel integrates the latest research into treatment through medication management, CBT, and motivational interviewing. His clinical focus includes anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia, with an emphasis on building strong therapeutic relationships to empower patients in their recovery.
Dedicated to expanding access to care, Daniel is especially committed to serving underserved and rural populations. He collaborates with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver personalized, patient-centered treatment that addresses both immediate needs and long-term goals.
Outside of practice, he enjoys spending time with family, golfing, fishing, and exploring the outdoors.

Gregory Edwards, PMHNP-BC
Greg Edwards is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner who is deeply committed to delivering compassionate mental health care to individuals of all ages, with a particular emphasis on expanding access in rural and underserved communities. He believes that at our core, we are all human beings navigating life’s complexities, and everyone deserves to be heard, respected, and supported through their journey. His clinical interests include family dynamics, child psychiatry, and substance use disorders, with a holistic approach rooted in empathy and understanding.
